Dimensions Ltd is seeking a Female Support Worker in Trowbridge (BA14). The role supports three women with mild learning disabilities and epilepsy, on a 1:1 basis within shared flats, offering practical help and companionship.

You will work 37.5 hours per week across varied shifts, with weekend alternating and driving is required. The role emphasizes person-centred support, independence, and building positive relationships with families and carers.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or support work preferred.
• Full UK manual driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care and support for residents.
• Support activities that promote independence and choice.
• Assist with outings, appointments and medication administration for residents.
