Priority Recruitment is seeking a Female Support Worker in Baschurch to support an 11-year-old girl with Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy. This 1-1 role covers day and waking night shifts, with hoisting for transfers and driving an adapted automatic vehicle.

The role requires a compassionate, reliable caregiver with strong English, willing to provide personal care and medication assistance. DBS reimbursement and ongoing development opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English is essential.
• Must be female (genuine occupational requirement).
• Must be a driver and confident driving an automatic adapted vehicle.
• Experience supporting children with Cerebral Palsy or epilepsy preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1-1 support in school and home environments.
• Assist with morning routines, personal care and medication administration.
• Support with bedtime routine, monitoring Seizures and safety during the night.
• Assist with transfers using manual handling equipment where needed.
