Job summary

Dimensions Ltd is hiring a Female Support Worker in Metheringham for a part-time role. You will provide 1:1 support to a gentleman in his late fifties living in a supported living bungalow, promoting independence and wellbeing.

Shifts are long-day, typically 8am–8pm or 8am–11pm with a sleep-in, on a rolling rota including weekends and at least one sleep-in per week. A full UK manual driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to one gentleman in a supported living setting.
• Assist with personal care prompting and meal preparation.
• Support independence and community activities, including use of a mobility scooter.
• Drive the gentleman's vehicle to enable access to community activities (driving licence essential).
