Dimensions Ltd in Trowbridge are seeking enthusiastic Support Workers to assist four adults aged 30s–50s with Profound or Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) and complex health needs. You will provide 1:1 and 2:1 support, help with personal care, health needs, and daily activities in a caring team.

Full training is provided, including specialist health and equipment. Shifts include early, late, and sleep-in patterns, with a salary uplift for overtime options and a range of benefits.

Competenze

• Experience with complex health and support needs beneficial but not required.
• Full training will be provided.

Mansioni

• Provide 1:1 and 2:1 support to adults with complex health needs.
• Support people with personal care and daily routines.
• Use hoists and support wheelchair users.
• Administer medications and assist with eating and drinking.
• PEG feeding and specialist health support.
• Support people to take part in activities they enjoy.
• Work closely with colleagues and family members to provide consistent support.
