Cygnet Ashbrook in Bordesley Green, Birmingham, is seeking a Female Support Worker to support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. The role involves 42 hours per week across days and nights, with alternative weekends, and requires a Full UK Driving Licence to transport service users to activities.

You will work closely with a caring team to provide a safe, stimulating environment and empower service users to maintain independence.

Formación

• Driven with a desire to make a real difference in people’s lives.
• Experience for 1 year plus in a support setting working with learning disabilities.
• An excellent communicator and a good team player.
• Caring and understanding with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating environment.
• Passionate about empowering & supporting service user independence.
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way.
