Job summary

Creative Support is hiring a Support Worker in Askern to help adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism and ADHD live independent, fulfilling lives. You’ll assist with daily tasks, tenancy support, and community engagement, with full induction and training provided.

A full, clean manual driving licence is essential, and the role emphasizes equality and inclusive practice. No previous experience is required; we welcome motivated individuals.

We are looking for fun, energetic and adaptable individuals to join our Askern service, providing support to adults with a range of support needs, including those with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism and ADHD. You will work to support clients with daily tasks to promote independence, whilst enabling individuals to enjoy fulfilling and valued lives.

As a Support Worker you will provide outcome focused support to enable clients to lead fulfilling and valued lives, maintain their tenancies, participate in their local community, develop independent living skills and achieve their personal goals and desired outcomes.

You will help our clients to maximise their sense of wellbeing and independence through tailored, ongoing care and support and will help facilitate engagements with their peers and out in their local community utilising opportunities for personal development.
