Job summary

Creative Support is hiring a Support Worker in Askern to help adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism and ADHD live independent, fulfilling lives. You’ll assist with daily tasks, tenancy support, and community engagement, with full induction and training provided.

A full, clean manual driving licence is essential, and the role emphasizes equality and inclusive practice. No previous experience is required; we welcome motivated individuals.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary as long as you have the right values, aptitude and passion you should apply, a full induction and training will be provided.
• A full, clean manual driving licence is essential for this role.
• Gender is considered to be an occupational requirement – Equality Act 2010.
• Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
