Job summary

Mencap in Derry/Londonderry is seeking a Female Support Worker with a valid UK driving licence to join our team. You will support people with learning disabilities in their daily lives, assist with personal care and medication, and help with finances and everyday tasks.

Shifts include days, evenings, weekends and overnight. We offer 24 days annual leave, training, and a supportive environment. Right to work in the UK without sponsorship applies; female-only post due to service needs.

Mencap is looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our amazing team in Derry/Londonderry, where your role will have a lasting impact on the lives of people with learning disabilities. Help with finances and everyday tasks like shopping and bill payments

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 x 37.5 full-time contract - various hours

Shifts:

Day Shifts: 9.00am - 9.00pm

Night Shifts: 9:00pm – 9:00am
(Rota prepared 4+ weeks in advance to support your work/life balance)

£26,228 per annum, pro-rata + excellent benefits
