Royal Mencap Society in Irthlingborough is seeking a compassionate Support Worker (male only) to join our team. You will assist individuals with learning disabilities with daily activities, provide emotional support, and help them live more independently.
A driver is essential to fulfil community-based visits. The role is part-time, with shifts across early mornings to evenings, including weekends and holidays.

As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.
There is also a non contractual sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £6 4.20
Interviews for this position will be held face to face at our Kettering Office.
Due to the nature of this service, we are looking for male only applicants. This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1.
