Job summary

Lifeways in Kent is seeking a Care Support Worker to join our dedicated team. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) offers £13.45 per hour and involves supporting young adults with complex needs, promoting independence and quality of life in the local community.

You’ll provide personal care, assist with daily living, encourage social activities, and work as part of a supportive team. Driving is essential, and full training is provided to help you grow with Lifeways.

£13.45 per hour | Full Time contract - 37.5 hours per week - Bank roles alsoavailable
Shifts: 7:30am–3:00pm / 3:00pm–10:30pm plus sleeps | Monday to Sunday
