Job summary

Lifeways is hiring a Support Worker in Seaford to help people live independently in a specialist supported living service. You will be on a rota with early and late shifts, including sleep-ins, working 37.5 hours per week for £13.45 per hour.

As part of the UK’s largest supported living provider, you’ll join a caring team, receive training and DBS support, and have opportunities to gain funded qualifications while making a real impact in your local community.

Support Worker – Lifeways

£13.45 per hour | Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: 7:00am–2:30pm / 2:30pm–10:00pm plus sleep-ins
Please note: You will be working on a rota basis and must be fully flexible to work either shift.

Your Role as a Support Worker

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting individuals with personal care and daily routines
• Encouraging participation in hobbies, social activities, and community engagement

• Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with your team

Please note:You will be working on arota basis, andshift patterns are assigned—you will not be able to select your own shifts.
