Job summary

Lifeways Brentwood is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker to help individuals live independently in their homes and communities. You will provide compassionate care, support daily activities, and assist with meals and personal tasks, working as part of a responsive care team.

We offer full training, ongoing support, and genuine progression opportunities. A reward package includes DBS payment and local discounts, with shifts a rota-based pattern as described.

Salary:£12.71 per hour

Contract - Full time 37.5 hours per week

Hours:a mix of 08:00-22:00, 08:00-16:00,22:00-08:00sleep in's some night work may be required

Please note:You will be working on arota basis, andshift patterns are assigned—you will not be able to select your own shifts.

Support is tailored to each person’s unique needs, helping them live more independently in their homes and communities.

Your Responsibilities as a Support Worker

• Building confidence and independence
• Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs
