Job summary

Dimensions in Worcester is seeking a Female Support Worker to join a supportive home caring for five women in their 20s–30s with learning disabilities, autism and complex health needs. You will provide personal care, medication support and assist with PEG feeding, manual handling and hoist use.

Shifts include early, late and night sleep-ins, with £50 sleep payments. The role offers 37.5 hours per week on a mix of full-time and part-time contracts, with extensive staff training and progression

Qualifications

• Ability to follow health protocols and support five individuals with varied needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care for four residents.
• Assist with medications including insulin and midazolam.
• Support PEG feeding for one resident; assist with manual handling and hoist use.
• Operate in a lively shared home with activities and visits.
