Job summary

Barclay House is a lively, purpose-built home supporting adults with disabilities, especially those with sight loss. From cooking and crafts to community events, every day is about celebrating individuality.

We are seeking compassionate staff to support daily routines, plan person-centred activities, contribute to tailored support plans, and build meaningful relationships while driving a pool / personal car for daily activities.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Previous experience in a care/support setting.
• A valid manual UK driving licence.
• The legal right to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily routines - from morning to bedtime.
• Planning fun, person-centred activities that boost wellbeing.
• Contributing to tailored support plans.
• Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference.
• Keeping accurate support notes - every detail matters.
• Driving a pool / personal car for daily activities.

£13.09 per hour (£10,210.20 per annum, pro-rated) plus benefits.

Hours

Sunday only 7.00am - 10.00pm, guaranteed hours- stability you can count on

Driving Licence

Manual UK licence is essential
