Job summary

SeeAbility is recruiting a Female Support Worker in Seaford to provide personalised daily care and support for adults with disabilities. The role requires a caring, patient approach and a valid UK driving licence to support activities within the local community.

You will plan person-centred activities, maintain detailed notes, and contribute to tailored support plans, with sleep-ins paid at £50 per night and guaranteed hours across full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

  • The legal right to live and work in the UK.
  • The ability to work alternate weekends.

Role Description
Female Support Worker – Make Every Day Matter!

Location: Seaford, East Sussex

Salary: £13.09 per hour (£25,525.50 per annum, pro-rated) plus benefits. Sleep-ins are required and paid at £50 per night.

Hours: Full-time and Part-time, guaranteed hours- stability you can count on

Driving Licence: Manual UK licence is essential

Visa Sponsorships: Applicants must already be authorised to work in the United Kingdom; the employer is not able to provide new work authorisation.

Registered as The Royal School for the Blind, SeeAbility is one of the oldest disability charities in the UK. We specialise in supporting people who have learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, who may also have sight loss.
