Job summary

SeeAbility is seeking a Female Support Worker to help a young man in his home in the SO15 area. The role involves 37.5 hours weekly and a salary of £25,525.09 per year, plus benefits. Driving licence and access to own car with business insurance are required; visa sponsorship is not available.

For this role you will need: Ideally someone who loves gaming and also a confident swimmer

Full UK driving licence: You will be required to use your own car and have the relevant business insurance

A young man supported by SeeAbility in his own home is looking for calm, patient, and positive individual to join his dedicated support team. He has autism and learning disabilities and while his behaviour can occasionally be challenging, he is seeking someone who can help him lead an active and fulfilling life.

The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and passionate about supporting others to gain independence. If you love gaming, then this role is definitely for you, as the person we support is a keen gamer. Registered as The Royal School for the Blind, SeeAbility is one of the oldest disability charities in the UK. We recently celebrated our 225th anniversary, having pioneered specialist support across multiple generations since 1799!
