Job summary

Real Life Options supports people in Bearsden and Milngavie to live independently with person-centred care. You will assist with personal care, medications and daily tasks, helping individuals reach goals while promoting safety and wellbeing.

This permanent role includes full-time or part-time hours, day/evening shifts and occasional sleepovers. Real Life Options offers training, pension contributions, mileage payments, and staff wellbeing benefits.

Location:(covering Bearsden and Milngavie areas)

Full time Contract:Full time and Part time hours available

Pay:£13.45 per hour

About the Role

At Real Life Options we provide person centred support to enable the people we supportto live the life that they choose. Support is uniquely tailored to each individual, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support.You will support them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support, along with encouraging them to develop positive relationships and achieve their goals.

What You'll Do

• Support individuals with personal care, medication and household tasks
• Promote independence, and provide physical and emotional support
• Communicate with medical professionals and implement support plans and risk assessments
• Maintain clear and accurate records of support provided
• Communicate effectively with the team, family members
• Work independently and as part of a supportive team

Shift Patterns

Shift patterns consist of day shifts, evening shifts, weekends and waken nightsbetween the hours of 8:00am - 10:00pm, 10pm - 8am (sleepover)

Shift patterns may vary as it is done on a rota basis.
