Job summary

New Ark Recruitment is seeking a Support Worker to help individuals gain greater independence and assist with their daily living tasks. Every day is different, and you can make a real difference in the lives of the people you support.

You will provide person-centred support, enable participation in activities, assist with personal care and medication after training, help with meals and household tasks, and work with healthcare professionals to promote dignity and inclusion while ensuring safety.

• Supporting with meal planning, cooking, household tasks, and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Assisting individuals to attend medical and healthcare appointments.
• Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and inclusion at all times.
• Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals.
