Job summary

You'll assist with personal care, medication administration after training, meal planning, and accompanying clients to appointments and social activities, ensuring accurate records and collaboration

• Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and inclusion at all times.
• Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals
