Voyage Care operates Redmond House in Corby, a residential service supporting up to 12 people with varied needs. The role is a Female* Support Worker with shifts 7.30am–2.30pm and 2.30pm–9.30pm, Monday–Sunday.

Pay ranges from £12.84ph to £14.34ph with overtime and enhancements, and an emphasis on development and DBS checks. You’ll deliver person-centred care, help with daily activities, and encourage residents to enjoy meaningful activities and community life, while growing your own skills in a

The Role

Role: Female* Support Worker
Service: Redmond House – Residential
Location: Corby
Pay: £12.84ph up to £14.34ph with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements
Hours: Monday–Sunday, 7.30am–2.30pm and 2.30pm–9.30pm

Your Role

Redmond House supports up to 12 people in a purpose-built residential bungalow with en-suite bedrooms.

You’ll provide person-centred support to people with a range of needs, including:

• Learning disabilities
• Physical disabilities
• Epilepsy
• Cerebral Palsy

You’ll help people with their everyday routines, encourage independence and support them to enjoy meaningful activities and time in the community.

No two days will be exactly the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to develop new skills while making a genuine difference to the people you support.

You’ll also work closely with external health professionals, helping ensure the people we support receive the right care and support for their individual needs.
