Job summary

Thera Trust is seeking a Support Worker to help adults with a learning disability live independently and achieve personal goals. You will provide personal and emotional support, assist with daily activities, and help with planning, travel, and community participation.

Training will be provided, and roles offer flexible hours within a supportive, values-driven environment. The organisation emphasizes person-centred care, equality, and career progression through free training and DBS checks.
