Job summary

Thera Trust is hiring a Support Worker to join an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. You will help people live independently, assist with daily living, personal care and goal setting, and support participation in community activities.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; we value compassion, reliability and strong communication skills. This role offers a stable monthly salary and opportunities for development within a values-led organisation.

This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role. You may be supporting people in their own home or out and about in their community.
