Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a Positive Behavioural Support Worker in Markfield to support individuals with complex needs in their own homes. You will contribute to care planning, deliver support with activities of daily living, and promote independence in a person-centred approach.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and experience with mental health and challenging behaviours. It offers 37.5 hours per week, with flexible consideration for part-time applicants and a closing date of
