Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a Positive Behavioural Support Worker in Markfield to support individuals with complex needs in their own homes. You will contribute to care planning, deliver support with activities of daily living, and promote independence in a person-centred approach.

• Support independence and help individuals with activities of daily living.
• Assist with attending college or engaging in meaningful activities such as baking.
• Help with medication administration and personal care as needed.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable home environment and support with daily routines.
