The successful candidate will live in a fully adapted bungalow with a small dog and work as part of a caring team to help maintain independence and daily regular routines.

About the Role

Hello, I'm Mary and I'm a 79-year-old lady and I'm looking for a female personal assistant to join my team of carers who take care of me 24/7. I enjoy an organic diet and love to sit in my conservatory listening to books. I live in a fully adapted bungalow with my little dog.

Working hours available are:

• Saturday 08.00 - 21.00
• Sunday 08.00 - 21.00
• Monday 08.00 or 09.00 - 16.30

Can be split between successful applicants

My personal care routine involves assistance with showers, toileting, and transfers (using a hoist - full training provided). Meal preparation is part of the job as are some light household duties.

I would also like someone who has a full clean driving licence with at least three years of driving experience, as I have an adapted automatic vehicle (a driving lesson will be provided) and like to go out on occasions, shopping or appointments. You must be over 25 years old for insurance purposes.

The role is about supporting me to live independently, and I am looking for someone who can work as part of a team and can help me make each day enjoyable and fulfilling.
