The role involves working four days a week, covering classes in PE with a flexible Saturday schedule for game coaching. Ideal candidates will have QTS and a strong PE background, particularly in Netball.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred.
• A solid background in Physical Education (PE) is ideal.
• Experience in coaching Netball is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach various year groups in games.
• Prepare and conduct PE lessons for students.
• Cover sickness and upcoming maternity leave.

Role details:

• Female Games Teacher/ Coach required
• 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday), afternoons only
• General games coaching across a range of year groups
• Saturday mornings (3–4 hours), most terms – flexible on which Saturdays
• Cover sickness - but upcoming Mat leave so can be extended
• Start ASAP

Weekly Schedule:

• Monday:
  • Years 7 & 8: 2–4pm
  • Senior Netball Squad: 4–5:30pm
• Tuesday:
  • Years 5 & 6: 2–4pm
• Wednesday:
  • Senior Games: 2–4pm
  • Year 10: 4–5:30pm
• Thursday:
  • Years 9 & 10 Games: 2–4pm
  • Additional session: 4–5:30pm
• Friday:
  • No sessions currently
• Saturday:
  • 9am–12pm (approx.)

Any particular experience/sector you would like:
