Job summary

Cygnet's The Gables in Colchester is seeking a confident Female Night Support Worker to deliver outstanding care and support to residents during night hours.

You will work 40.25 hours per week on Night shifts (7:30pm to 7:45am), helping people with learning disabilities and complex needs, and contributing to a safe, person-centred environment. DBS check is required and female applicants are preferred due to resident needs.

We are looking for a confident Female Night Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working 40.25 hours per week picking up Night shifts (7:30pm to 7:45am) , making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at The Gables . ***Due to a genuine occupational need to support Female residents, we are currently looking for female applicants***.

Located in the heart of a residential community in Colchester, Gables is a specialist residential service supporting people with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge. The home provides longer term placements for those who require round the clock care and support. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do.
