As a Female Night Support Worker, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference by providing reassurance, promoting independence, and ensuring the person's safety and wellbeing throughout the night.

About the Role

Our client is a fun-loving young woman with a great personality who enjoys positive, person-centred support. She lives with mild cerebral palsy and Type 1 diabetes. We are seeking a dedicated Female Night Support Worker who can provide consistent care. While experience supporting someone with these conditions would be an advantage, full training will be provided for the right Female Night Support Worker.

She generally sleeps well throughout the night, but there may be occasions when she wakes feeling upset or anxious. During these times, the Female Night Support Worker will provide gentle reassurance and emotional support to help her settle back to sleep while ensuring she feels safe, comfortable, and supported.
