Lifeways is recruiting a Female Mental Health Support Worker for a shared house in Liverpool, caring for three ladies with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. The role runs 36 hours per week, with shifts 08:00–20:00 and sleep shifts available.

You’ll support daily living, promote independence and dignity, and join a compassionate team committed to meaningful care. All applicants will complete a DBS check paid by Lifeways.

Shift Details ( Between Monday - Sunday)
Full-time (36 hrs/week)
Sessional Roles also available
08.00am – 20.00pm + Sleeps

This is a shared house where we support 3 ladies with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions. The house has a happy, homely atmosphere and everyone enjoys spending time together. The ladies like to eat meals together, watch films and go into town for lunch. They also love to celebrate each other’s birthdays. The house is ideally located with plenty to do nearby and the ladies really enjoy getting out and about in the local area and going into the city.
We support individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals, promoting choice, dignity and respect in everyday life:
