Requirements
UK Driving License (and vehicle for driving between client’s properties).
Applicant must be available from 07:00-14.00 and/or 16.00-22.00.
Responsibilities
As a care assistant you will be supporting our service users with a variety of daily living tasks that promote their dignity, well-being and independence. These tasks could include, but are not limited to;
Assisting with all personal care needs including, undressing, washing, bathing, and toileting needs.
Assisting with mobility problems and other physical disabilities by supporting them to move around their homes using the appropriate equipment.
Assisting with household tasks e.g. laundry, grocery shopping, washing up etc.
Support service users to access their local community e.g. attend appointments, shopping.
Supporting with, or administering prescribed medication (full training is provided).
Caring for service users that are at the end of their life or have progressive illnesses.
Keep records of our service user's health and well-being, using up to date technology.
