Spire Homecare is seeking a Female Domiciliary Care Assistant in Salisbury. The role offers daytime (£14/hr), evening (£15/hr) and weekend (£17/hr) shifts, with travel time (£12.71/hr) and mileage paid. Fully funded level 2 & 3 courses, guaranteed hours, and progression opportunities are provided.

Driving license and availability for specific shift blocks are required. Join a family-run domiciliary care provider that supports staff with training, supervision, and a supportive management team.

Qualifications

• UK Driving Licence (and car) for visiting clients.
• Availability for 07:00–14:00 and/or 16:00–22:00.
• Compassionate, caring and patient approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, mobility and daily living tasks.
• Support with household tasks and local community access.
• Assist with prescribed medications under training.
• Keep records of health and well-being using technology.
• Care for service users at end of life or with progressive illnesses.
