Job Title: Membercare Assistant (Female)

Hours: 28 per week

Rate of Pay: £ per hour

A typical day in the life of a Membercare Assistant:

• Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including changing rooms, showers, toilets, and poolside facilities
• Ensure all gym equipment, floors, and surfaces are cleaned and sanitised regularly
• Empty trash bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste properly; maintain outdoor spaces such as litter picking and bin stores
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for members and staff
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to safety guidelines
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Provide friendly and approachable service to members, addressing cleaning-related inquiries promptly
• Maintain a professional demeanour and uphold the club’s reputation for customer service
• Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment stock levels
• Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as changing bulbs, where skilled
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards across all areas
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required
