Lifeways is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Paisley Close team in Chesterfield. You will help people live more independently, supporting daily living activities and personal goals with empathy and respect.

The role is full-time (37.5 hrs/week) across early and late shifts, including sleep-in duties, within a supportive, values-driven environment that prioritises growth and staff development.

Shift Details

• Full-time (37.5 hrs/week between Monday–Sunday).
• 07:00am – 2:30pm, 2:30pm - 10:00pm, and sleep-in shifts
