Lifeways is seeking dedicated Support Workers at Clay Cross to make a lasting difference in people’s lives. You’ll support individuals with daily living tasks, promote independence, and help them achieve personal goals in a caring, person-centred environment.

We value compassion and teamwork, with a thorough induction and ongoing development. Shifts cover early, late, and sleep-ins, with a strong emphasis on dignity and community involvement.

Shift Details

• Full‑time (37.5 hours per week, Monday–Sunday)
• Shifts: 07:00–14:30, 14:30–22:00, plus sleep‑ins
