Job summary

Bluebird Care Stamford & Rutland is seeking a dedicated Care Expert to support clients in their own homes. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, assist with daily living activities, and follow care plans with training provided.

As part of a friendly team, you will build trust with clients, maintain records, and participate in full induction and ongoing professional development. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with meal planning, preparation and nutrition.
• Support with medication and safe disposal.
• Light housework, laundry and general cleaning.
• Be a dependable friendly face for customers.
• Full induction and ongoing expert training.

• Salary details: £13.30 - £19.95 per hour

As a Care Expert your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person's individual needs
• Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
• Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
• Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for
• Full induction and ongoing expert training
• Uniform and PPE provided
• Regular support and ongoing career development
• Friendly, inclusive team with 24/7 support

Requirements

• *A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle*

• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
