Bluebird Care North Hampshire & West Berkshire is seeking a caring, dedicated Care Assistant for flexible hours in Fleet, Farnborough and surrounding areas. You will support clients with daily living activities, personal care and meal prep while adhering to care plans and medication routines.

£13.70ph - £16.60ph Travel time paid at £13.50 mileage paid at 30p per mile

Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
• Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
• Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
• Be a dependable, friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for

Requirements

• *A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle*
• You must hold a permanent, unrestricted Right to Work in the UK
• You will be required to work every other weekend at least 1 day
• A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Ability to follow care plans
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity as a full Induction will be provided
