Horizon Homecare is seeking a Night Time Care Assistant to support female clients in their own homes in Poole, UK. You will provide person-centred care, help with daily tasks and medications, and offer companionship to improve wellbeing. Training and shadowing are provided, with flexible shifts and weekend availability.

Applicants should be caring, reliable and flexible, with a valid UK driving license and access to a car. A company-paid DBS and career growth opportunities are included.

About The Role

Twilight Care Assistant – Make a Real Impact!

Key Information

• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + .40p per mile
• Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
• Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
• Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)

Due to the personal care needs of our female clients, this role is open to female applicants only, as permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 (Genuine Occupational Requirement).

As a Night Time Care Assistant, you’ll make a real difference in people’s lives by:

• Providing person-centred home care
• Supporting with medication, and daily tasks
• Offering companionship & emotional support
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Supporting male and female clients with personal care (this can include but is not limited to: Bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, etc)
