Female Care Assistant - Ely, Cambridgeshire & Surrounding Villages

£11.00 per hour + £0.30 per mile mileage allowance

Due to ongoing and increasing customer demand, we are continuing to grow our team of Care Assistants.

We are currently recruiting for full-time care assistants, offering flexible shift patterns that fit around your family and lifestyle, with guaranteed hours following your probationary period.

Alternate weekend availability is our minimum requirement.

You are expected to travel between customers' homes, so you must have a full driving license and access to your own reliable vehicle.

As a Care Assistant, you will provide care and support tailored to meet each customer's individual needs, promoting their independence and dignity. Responsibilities include all aspects of personal care, companionship, social visits, meal preparation, shopping, medication, and housekeeping.

No experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. We have found that individuals with retail, hospitality, and customer service experience possess transferable skills that make them excellent Care Assistants. We also welcome applicants with previous care, support worker, or healthcare experience.
