What will you be doing as a Care Assistant?

All you need is a genuine desire to help someone, to really care…. Here are some of the ways you will support your customer:

• Personalised care, tailored to the customer’s needs.
• Promote and ensure independence & dignity.
• Supporting with personal care needs including showering/bathing/dressing/toileting/continence.
• Providing comfort and companionship.
• Assisting with household tasks and meal preparation.
• Assist your customer to access the community, attending appointments, social visits, days out.
• Assist with our customer’s medication.

Essentials

• Caring, Flexible, Adaptable – want to give back and make a real difference.
• Great communication skills – real team player.
• Full UK Driving License and access to your own car
• Right to work in the UK - UK Passport, UK Birth Certificate, Indefinite Leave or UK Settlement Scheme
• Satisfactory references.
• Minimum availability to progress is alternate weekends, both Saturday and Sunday.
