Job summary

Cygnet is seeking a Female Bank Support Worker for Kensington Gardens in Darlington. You will cover bank shifts (days, nights, weekends) to help people with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours live more independently.

Shifts include 7am-7pm, 9am-9pm, 10am-10pm and 7pm-7am waking nights; DBS checks are required. Enjoy extensive staff benefits such as discounts, healthcare, and on-site meals while supporting service users on a flexible schedule.

We are looking for an outstanding Female Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.

You’ll have the opportunity to work bank shifts (days,nights,weekends) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Kensington Gardens.

You’ll be working shifts:- 7am - 7pm, 9am - 9pm, 10am - 10pm and waking nights 7pm - 7am.

Kensington Gardens in Darlington provides four tenancies, the service is focused on empowering individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently.

*Due to the occupational needs, and the demands of the service we are only able to accept female applicants for this role*
