Qualifications

• Must keep up to date with current financial regulations and good practice.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage safeguarding reconciliations and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform safeguarding reconciliations daily in line with regulations.
• Validate payment file imports and ensure funds are in the bank.
• Manage BoE RTGS accounts and monitor balances.
• Oversee bank account management and treasury activities.
• Handle email inquiries from multiple departments and vendors.
• Approve and validate payment runs and monthly tasks.
• Embrace AI and automation to improve processes.
