The Role
The Fees Office is responsible for processing student fees payable to the University of London Worldwide and School of Advanced Study and responding to all the associated enquiries.
The post holder is responsible for responding to all fees related enquiries from students, sponsors, recognised teaching centres and federation members. They support the day-to-day operation of the Fees Office and will process all types of student fees payable to the University of London Worldwide and School of Advanced Study
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, a flexible approach and be a good team-player. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a customer facing role, processing financial transactions with credit control experience

The University will be unable to sponsor candidates for a visa for this role. Successful applicants must be able to prove their right to work in the UK for the duration of their employment
The University currently operates a Hybrid Working framework involving a mix of working remotely and in the office. Typically, most employees will be able to agree to work remotely for up to 60% of their working week, role dependent, however will need to attend the office on specific days for training or team meetings etc.
