What will I do?

Reception is the first impression of the hotel a guest will experience, so it is crucial you and your team provide an outstanding level of service. You’ll be responsible for the guests' stay, reviewing room allocation, advising on rates, packages and promotions, handling guest issues and complaints, and maximising revenue.
