The Role: We are looking for knowledgeable and self-driven Fee Earners specialising in specific areas of law, ideally with an established client following. We offer a competitive fee structure and may provide firm-generated client work as available.

Each engagement will be tailored to your experience, qualifications, and workload, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership and flexible approach to provide exceptional legal advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client matters within your legal specialism.
• Deliver expert legal advice with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Cultivate and sustain client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Organise your workflow with support from our administrative, compliance, and accounts teams.
• Drive fee generation through high-quality legal work and proactive business development.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Qualified to practice law in England & Wales or Scotland.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Proven experience as a freelance solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive.
• A strong client following or the potential to refer clients to the firm and continue legal representation.
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: immigration, family law, commercial law, corporate law, charity law, intellectual property, and civil law.
• Demonstrated experience in business development within a law firm setting.
