Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in federal contracting; knowledge of FAR/DFAR.
• Experience with GSA MAS, audits, and evergreen processes.
• Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.
• Experience with SAM.gov SCR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the corporate contracts management program and drives process improvements.
• Manages and trains the contracts management team with day-to-day oversight.
• Tracks tasks on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual cadences.
• Reviews, advises, and negotiates complex federal or commercial contracts.
• Coordinates with COs, CORs and client POCs on contractual matters.
• Leads GSA MAS submissions (eOffers/eMods) and participates in audits.
