Job summary

Blackburn College is seeking a Data and Funding Manager to oversee data quality and MIS/Registry functions for all funding streams. You will drive data practice improvements and ensure systems and processes align with government requirements, supporting learners across the college.

A Level 4 qualification in the area or relevant experience, plus Level 2 literacy and numeracy, are essential. Experience with ILR, FE funding rules, and both internal and external audits for DfE funding are required.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 4 qualification in the area or relevant experience.
• Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy is required.
• Significant experience of Further Education funding and ILR.
• Experience with audit for DfE funding and data is essential.

• Lead on data quality across the college and MIS/Registry functions for funding streams.
• Promote and support data practice solutions to meet organisational needs.
