TeacherActive is recruiting College Support Assistants for FE colleges across Swansea and surrounding areas. The role involves supporting learners in college, helping with learning, engagement and independence while collaborating with lecturers and support staff.

Experience in education or FE is preferred, with DBS on Update Service and Welsh-speaking skills desirable. The positions include full-time, part-time, short-term and long-term contracts with market-leading pay.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people or learners within an education or FE setting
• Welsh-speaking skills desirable
