Qualifications

• Deliver engaging, industry-relevant teaching that inspires learners and supports them in achieving academic, vocational, and career goals.
• Plan, assess, and monitor learner progress while creating inclusive, positive learning environments.
• Support and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds, including ALN, SEN, and additional support needs.
• Bring relevant teaching experience, industry expertise, or vocational qualifications, plus strong communication and organisational skills.
• Teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential; EWC registration or willingness to obtain is required.
