• Plan, assess, and monitor learner progress while creating inclusive, positive learning environments that promote achievement and progression.
• Support and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds, including those with ALN, SEN, behavioural, or additional support needs.
• Bring relevant teaching experience, industry expertise, or vocational qualifications, alongside strong communication and organisational skills.
• Teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential for some opportunities. EWC registration (or willingness to obtain) is required.
