Job summary

Ambitek Limited is seeking time-served FCAW welders for a long-term, ongoing assignment in Birkenhead. The role covers FCAW/Flux Core welding including vertical and overhead butt welds, with a requirement to pass a trade test.

Expected pay is basic £21.51 per hour, with overtime rates of £32.27 (1.5x) and £43.02 (2x). PAYE only, digs payment available for travellers from over 40 miles. Shipyard experience preferred.

• Time-served Welder.
• Proven experience with FCAW / Flux Core welding.
• Experience with vertical and overhead welding.
• Shipyard experience preferred.
• Relevant experience and qualifications required.
• Must be able to successfully complete the required trade test.
